LIABILITY DISCLOSURE

· The shuttle is an LLC and does carry a basic and limited auto insurance policy. Every effort is made to ensure safe transit. 

· The shuttle driver and passengers will agree together, and before the trip departs, that bikes/gear are secured satisfactorily and reasonably, ensuring a safe and secure transit with no expected damage. 

· All advice provided by the shuttle is learned knowledge gathered from other clients (passengers) using our shuttle. In other words, if we hear generally positive remarks about a venue of any kind, we pass those remarks along as such. All advice is given with the best intentions and any advice taken by the passenger is at the passenger’s risk.For example, if we provide parking/lodging advice, the shuttle assumes no liability, etc. Parking is always at risk. 

· Please use the OTET Website = https://www.ohiotoerietrail.org for all ride planning. During conversations and/or while in transit, the shuttle may offer general trail related, or end-point routing insights based on our own experiences or what we have gleaned from other clients/passengers. All insights are provided with the best intentions in mind and are shared within a friendly and reasonable minded atmosphere. All passengers should consider these insights as such and use their own independent thinking, research and decision making when undertaking their bike tour.  This is especially true while riding/navigating your bike. Always err on the side of caution while riding following all laws and conventions. 

· Photos of passengers are usually solicited either at the beginning or ending of the shuttle. These photos are used by the shuttle in Social Media postings or on-line and never include any names or identifying factors. All passengers using the shuttle service consent to the shuttles use of these photos in various social media postings or other media that are advertising oriented. All passengers have the option to be excluded from photographs. Just advise the shuttle driver of this desire.
